Refund & Cancellations

Our services involve personalised planning, limited seat availability and delivery of digital resources. To ensure fairness and program efficiency, the policy below applies to all customers.

Refunds

All payments for programs, consultations and digital products are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Refund requests cannot be processed under any circumstances, including:

  • Change of mind

  • Inability to start or complete the program

  • Travel, work or personal commitments

  • Medical conditions or pregnancy

  • Dissatisfaction with results

Cancellations

Once a program or digital product has been purchased, cancellation is not permitted.

Program / Batch Change

A request to shift to a different batch can only be made:

  • Before the program start date

  • Subject to availability

  • Only once per enrolment

After the start date, batch changes are not allowed.

Missed Sessions

If a scheduled consultation session is missed without notice, the session will be marked as completed.
Rescheduling depends solely on availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Digital Programs and Products

Digital purchases including e-books, PDFs, plans, modules and recordings cannot be refunded, exchanged or transferred.
